Who we are

Empower Community Health (ECH) Counseling & Wellness is dedicated to providing consistent, individualized, person-centered treatment. We offer a comprehensive continuum of care for individuals and families affected by alcohol and substance use, violence/trauma, and mental health challenges. Our telehealth services include Substance Use Therapy, Military and First Responders Trauma Therapy, and Substance Use Evaluations.

Our team consists of doctoral-level psychotherapists who deliver high-quality, remote mental health, trauma, and addiction treatment. We employ an integrated approach that addresses the complex interplay of psychological, emotional, and behavioral health. This holistic framework acknowledges that individuals struggling with mental health issues and trauma often experience addiction, and underlying issues must be effectively managed to foster lasting recovery.

Beyond individual therapy, ECH is committed to raising public awareness and actively motivating, educating, and inspiring local communities to help destigmatize mental illness and substance use disorders. Our clinicians specialize in treating mental health disorders, co-occurring mental health disorders, trauma therapy for military and first responders, and substance use disorders. ECH serves individuals in Massachusetts, Maine, and New Hampshire.
